As I am trying to loose weight and exercising is already boring and tiring, I am thinking of turning my intakes instead like eating the right food and right portions. Here's a try ; vegetables but still yummy and I think, I still ate too much:(
Hope you had a blessed sunday everyone. So we have a balance diet, physically and spiritually. Must go together, good food for the physical and words from the Lord for our spiritual needs!

Exercise is the most boring sport ever! Hahahaha! I think we easily gain weight here because we don't eat a lot of veggies unlike in the Philippines ^_^ Like my longaniza if I eat it everyday, the cholesterol will raise up easy! But yes, makatulo laway talaga hehe. Thanks for the visit!

this is very healthy. and importantly YUMMY at the same time. You can eat a LOT of this... but you WILL have to lessen the rice intake to avoid weight gain. :)
